I am going to put my money on the alt not charging.

If the new one isn't charging it could be a bad , Dare I say this again. Fusible link @ the battery/or in the harness.

The fusable links still work and I bought a bunch of extra ones just in case, we hooked up a meter to them both. I'm eating dinner and when I'm done ping out there to install it.

We fixed it and it was a combo of a dead alt not charging and some fried wires. So I drove it around for a few hours and parked it and went bowling came out and the damn compressors won't come on, I checked all the fuses and they are good to go. Maybe a relay and I did get caught in a rainstorm not sure if that makes a difference.
Ok so I replaced the relays and still nothing. Any ideas of where I should start. I already checked all the fuses and they are good to go not sure where to go from here.Could it be the pressure the switch. When I was messing around with it they cut on for a split second then cut off.

could be a pressure switch, take the wires off the switch and touch them together and see what happens

I'm going to disconnect them from the battery and the relays and just run a test wire from the power to the battery and see if they cut on. Just waiting for the rain to stop.

Agreed , BUT I have had amps come on and show 12+v on a DMM , but clip out into protect andnot play an it turned out of be a bad fuse.

Ok I replaced the pressure switch and still a no go. Then I ran a wire from the battery directly to the compressors and they work. Let me ask a stupid question on the relays and the pressure switch does it matter which wire goes where im thinking yes. I also replaced the 60 amp and 10 amp fuse even tho they looked good anyways.

I went back and double checked that the relays were hooked up correctly using this http://thorbros.com/files/how_to/wire-diagrams/compressor.gif and everything was good to go. Ok I just did and everything is good to go. When I tested the compressors I left everything plugged into the relay except the power and ran a wire to that and the compressors cut on. Also the pressure switch is ran to the fuse box if that makes a difference.

I have never run the pressure switch to a fuse. I would try replacing the relays especially if it is a bosch style relay.

They are both brand new relays, nevemind the switch goes to the relay not the fuse box it was labeled wrong.

It's a new switch as well, so just take both wires off and touch them together and listen for the compressors to come on am I correct on this.
