I would recommend everyone staying in the other room (curtis/coop/pos? etc) to make sure u guys get it all figured out. as long as the money is in hand the day we ride to the show its good. I just wouldnt wait till that friday to figure it out.

well, just a heads up. i have a good friend of mine that owns an aftermarket bike parts manufacturer that lives on High Glen Drive which is like 10 miles from the address on UNITE's website. So ill be staying there and will meet up in the morning. But ill still be leavin with the late crew.

Ok cool deal man. Departure time FROM THE HOTEL to the show saturday will be 9:00AM. We want to all roll to the show together,we will have the parking arrangements planned out for the show also.

Due to the extreme drought here in Polk county and dry conditions... No cooking out or grilling will be allowed at Unite... And please do no leave your vehicle running or lay your vehicle out when it is hot... catalytic converters and exhaust systems can cause fires.... Please come in, let your vehicle cool, then lay it out if your vehicle is bagged.. if not stay with it until it is cool. Do not throw cigarettes on the ground either... Be smart people ! And yes it will be dusty if we dont get any rain soon
