Post by NT_Hardcore on Tue Sep 11, 2012 1:25 pm

im looking at balljoints online at a local parts store. when i search i get two part numbers for my truck. i dont see the difference and both are the same price. so which do i order? for the lowers i get FA921 and FA3000. so which ones?

they might be the same ball joint just one might be a little better quality and come with a lifetime free replacement. i know when i buy parts at the autostore they usually have 2 options. is there a price difference?

its not the fa3000 (this is an oversized one for worn arms) but its a 10277. same price. both say limited lifetime warranty. both are duralast. link if it will work http://www.autozone.com/autozone/parts/1987-Chevrolet-S10-Blazer-2WD/Ball-Joint-Lower/_/N-iigtqZ8oxla?filterByKeyWord=ball+joint&fromString=search

The FA3000 is oversized to accommodate any wear that happened to the control arm
