So I am out back smokin a cigarette and it kinda tasted funny and I thought, this could be it... This could be the cigarette that gives me cancer and changes my life forever. It would really suck if I only lived to be the age of 20. I really got kinda scared for a second. I just bought a pack of smokes today to. So starting today I'm going to quit smoking. I'm not going to say hopefully this works or we will see how long this lasts because that's just making an excuse. I'm gona tear up a whole new pack of cigarettes tonight. About to say hello to withdraws.

Do it ! My grandpa quit cold turkey after 45+ years of smoking non filtered cigs , using only bubble gum (Big Red/Mint etc.)Along with a few other people I know also.

Actually my foreman just did it. Said it only took a week before he didn't "need" to smoke.

You just have to have the drive to do it ,an let it be a fair warning to you/friends to expect for you to be an emotional fucking douche bag for at least a week or two though lol.

Thats what everyone says to do. My dad quite cold turkey about 4 times, usually with sunflower seeds.

i have tried sunflower seeds and pistachios. they make me want a cigarette. gum makes my jaw hurt. and pretty much everything pisses me off. im about at the point of male PMS right now lol. I really wanted to just murder everything yesterday. wont lie though. i lit my buddies cigarette for him yesterday just because i felt like it would calm me down but it just tasted like shit and made me even worse haha. FML
