Not much really .. would be better if it had forged piston . BUT you could get away with small properly setup shot with hypereutectic pistons.Not like you would be spraying it ALOT.

I was thinking of doing rods and pistons but not sure if I want to spend that much money and plus I think the motor can hold it being mostly stock but I could be wrong

as long as it is a wet shot it should hold up decently i would at least do a set of forged pistons if nothing else and stud the heads and crank i would be weary of running hypereutectic pistons on spray bc they like to burn through the centers

indeed , but so long as his a/f are right an he isn't getting any detonation he would be fine with a 50/75 shot.

I just ordered spring and retainers to match the cam. I'm also looking at this ignition for it to help with the nitrous.
