nothing to serious
pulled all the foam off which was hell by the way
layed out the new material, Charcoal grey suede
installed, Not too bad for 30 bucks
i just need to figure out what to do with the visors

You can take them apart. They should come apart like a sandwich.
You pull the old material off , re cover leaving about 1/4" fold all the way around the edge , then stitch it back up (if you know someone with a machine) that material should be thin enough that any standard machine could do it . I am sure you could figure out a way to do it with glue/contact cement.
