Re: POS Hardbody build
Woke up this morning and felt like P Diddy so i got to layin more filler down...
After sanding some more, area looked like someone threw powder everywhere. Custom dont come in a box fool!
Sanded and put more primer down...
And incase anyone wonder exactly how i did the panel that goes under the steering column. This one...
I simply unscrewed the pocket thing, and cut what was left out just so it was open and was a little easier. Then i drilled holes all around the smaller dip so the fiber glass can grip to something.

Re: POS Hardbody build
Thank you thank you. Well at about 3 am this morning, i went in the garage and layed down more body filler, thennnn woke up and had more sanding to do. And the result of that sanding, is one panel pretty much done minus one or two touch up points and wet sand...
And also last night i decided to do a little something else too.
The big one is the driver side AC vent, where im shaving the power mirror control, the swivel thing to close the AC vent and also the plastic filler pieces. And the smaller one is the passenger side where im shaving the other swivel thing.

Sry bro , I aint been near a computer for a week rly . Floral foam is what I would of suggested to fill the dimple also . Almost a standard way of doing it .

Re: POS Hardbody build
My only problem with it is that it reacts to the heat of the resin and cause the foam to create a small dip

Re: POS Hardbody build
You can buy rustoleum in the quart for like $10 if your gonna spray it with a gun . Then like $10 for mineral spirits.
